➡ No further commitment unless you choose to continue

Team Dynamics Audit & Proposal

If we’re a fit, the next step is understanding your team more deeply.

 

✔ One meeting with leadership: We dig into your leadership needs, your team dynamics, and where your operations might be stuck.

 

✔ One meeting with staff/team members: I create a safe space for your team to share their perspectives.

 

✔ Custom Scope of Work Proposal: After these meetings, I build a proposal outlining the work I recommend, what it will cost, and how long it will take.

Pricing depends on your business size, the number of people involved, and the depth of the support needed.

 

You'll receive this quote after the Connection Session.
