The 3-Step Business Support Process
No two businesses are the same—so I don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions.
This process helps us uncover your team’s needs and build a plan that fits your goals, your people, and your culture.

1
Connection Session
This is where we begin.
A 30-minute call with leadership to explore your current challenges, your vision for your team, and where you’re feeling stuck.
✔ You share what’s happening in your business
✔ I ask thoughtful, targeted questions to help clarify the problem
✔ Together we decide if it makes sense to move forward
➡ Investment: $50 paid at booking
➡ No further commitment unless you choose to continue
2
Team Dynamics Audit & Proposal
If we’re a fit, the next step is understanding your team more deeply.
✔ One meeting with leadership: We dig into your leadership needs, your team dynamics, and where your operations might be stuck.
✔ One meeting with staff/team members: I create a safe space for your team to share their perspectives.
✔ Custom Scope of Work Proposal: After these meetings, I build a proposal outlining the work I recommend, what it will cost, and how long it will take.
➡ Investment: Custom Quote
Pricing depends on your business size, the number of people involved, and the depth of the support needed.
You'll receive this quote after the Connection Session.
3
Scope of Work Implementation
This is where we roll up our sleeves and get to work.
Your custom Scope of Work might include:
-
Leadership coaching sessions
-
Team workshops or trainings
-
HR alignment support
-
Communication and workflow improvements
-
Nervous system & behavioral systems integration
➡ Investment: Custom Package Price based on your Proposal
✔ You’ll know the price upfront.
✔ No surprises.
✔ You decide if/when you move forward.
What Happens If I Don’t Move Forward?
If after Step 1 or Step 2 you choose not to proceed, that’s okay.
You’ll still leave with:
-
Greater clarity on your leadership and team challenges
-
Insightful questions to reflect on
-
No obligation or pressure
